At Armaf Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to ensure it meets our health and safety hygiene standards.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our processing center, ensuring your RMA number is clearly marked on the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
